Our stay was fantastic! The room was immaculate and super comfortable, and the breakfast had an excellent variety, especially those tasty pastries. Plus, the indoor pool was a hit with the kids!

Deja was a lifesaver!

We were on our way to Niagara Falls when a snowstorm hit. We needed a place to stay and found this spot. The front desk lady was not helpful at all, but thank goodness for Deja! She went above and beyond to help us get a room. Also, the bagels at breakfast were fresh and delicious. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been better!

The comfy rooms were perfect after visiting Batavia Downs and checking out a nearby shopping center. The staff were super friendly, and the hot tub was a treat. Just be aware the pool and fitness center had some issues during our stay, but otherwise, it was a great spot for a group vacation.

During my stay, I loved how close I was to Dwyer Stadium, just under 3 km away, making it convenient for a quick visit to catch a game, and the Palm Island Indoor Waterpark was right around the corner, perfect for a fun afternoon stroll. the rooms were comfortable and really fit my needs as a weekend explorer.

The musty smell permeating through the room was unpleasant, and the air conditioning system struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. The shared parking lot with an uninviting neighboring establishment raised some concerns about safety and security, making for an uneasy atmosphere as I ventured out. Limited toiletries in the bathroom felt inadequate for multiple guests, which added to the inconveniences faced during my stay.
